These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and dz999 ("Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in relation to your access to and use of the dz999 website located at https://dz999.cam and all associated pages, services, tools and content (collectively, the "Platform").

dz999 is an English-language online betting and live casino information platform targeting Pakistani users. • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or the data contained therein.

The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions conducted through an Operator's platform, where referenced by dz999 for educational and informational purposes:

1. Available Payment Methods: Deposit and withdrawal options vary by Operator and are subject to change. Users should always verify available methods directly in the Operator's live cashier before proceeding. Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced as context only. • Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to deceive, defraud or manipulate dz999, the Operator, other Users or payment processors, including providing false personal information or using stolen payment credentials.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account is strictly prohibited. All accounts held by the same individual will be closed and associated funds forfeited.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities without notice.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to exploit games, manipulate outcomes or abuse promotional systems is prohibited.
• Automated Tools: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, advantage-play automation or any non-human tools for betting or wagering without written authorisation is prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals on gambling deposits is considered fraudulent conduct and will result in account closure and civil or criminal referral where applicable.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its licence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that the gambling and gaming industry is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other applicable federal or provincial legislation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice or a representation that participation in any gambling activity is lawful in Pakistan. Any dispute arising between a User and dz999 that cannot be resolved through direct communication should be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as specified by the Operator or applicable regulatory framework. Where local arbitration, mediation or regulatory escalation applies, Users should follow the process prescribed by the relevant authority.
